The flag of Universitas Trisakti is dark blue, with the university logo placed in the center.

According to the Universitas Trisakti Statute of 1965, the logo of Universitas Trisakti is a trident (a traditional mythological weapon) in black, symbolizing the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma) that encompass education, research, and community service, standing on five black legs representing Pancasila, the foundational principles of the Indonesian state.

Each faculty within Universitas Trisakti has its own flag, with the university logo at the center and a unique background color.
