This unit has tasks to improve the communication with internal and external sides, so Trisakti University will be more open and popular in society, and in time, the image and existence of this institution will be known in society, by:

1. Continuously promote the development and innovation in science, technology, and art to internal and external society by using Hi-tech communication
2. Create a positive image by maintaining harmonious relationships both inside and outside the university through sustainable strategic alliances with various groups.
3. Participate in the implementation and socialization of the value of democracy, and nationality, and upholding human rights based on justice.
