Jakarta, August 12, 2025 – The Career Center Unit (UPT. Pusat Karier) of Universitas Trisakti once again presented a career development program for students and alumni through a workshop titled “LinkedIn Makeover: Get Recruiters to Notice Your Profile.” The event was held online and opened by the Head of the Career Center Unit, Richy Wijaya W., SE., MM., C.R.A., C.R.P.

In his opening remarks, Richy emphasized that LinkedIn has now become one of the primary platforms for professionals and job seekers to build networks and attract recruiters. “Having an optimized LinkedIn profile is no longer just a nice addition — it is an essential tool to compete in today’s highly competitive job market,” he stated.

The workshop featured Dinda Angkotasan, Customer Success Associate at PT Kinobi Technologies Indonesia, as the keynote speaker. Dinda shared tips and strategies to maximize LinkedIn profiles, from selecting a professional profile photo and crafting an engaging headline to optimizing work experience descriptions and listed skills.

Participants were also guided to better understand LinkedIn’s algorithm and leverage its features to make their profiles more discoverable to recruiters. In addition, Dinda conducted live reviews of several participants’ profiles, allowing them to immediately identify areas for improvement.

The event received an enthusiastic response from Universitas Trisakti students and alumni. With practical materials and real-life examples, participants are expected to apply the knowledge gained so their LinkedIn profiles can truly become a “magnet” for recruiters.
