Universitas Trisakti, through the Library Units, held another Information Literacy Webinar titled Digital Education: Optimizing the Use of McGrawHill Access Engineering Ebooks. The webinar was conducted virtually on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, with the aim of improving digital literacy and educating the academic community on how to maximize electronic reference sources to support academic activities.

The event was officially opened by the Head of Library Units Universitas Trisakti, Rizka Medina, S.Hum., M.M., who, in her opening remarks, emphasized the importance of enhancing digital literacy in an era of rapidly advancing technology. Rizka Medina expressed her hope that the academic community would make optimal use of the digital resources available through the McGrawHill Access Engineering ebook platform as references for research, knowledge development, and learning activities.

The keynote speaker, Yara Hazouri, a training instructor, presented effective ways to access and use the McGrawHill Access Engineering ebooks. In her presentation, Hazouri highlighted the platform’s key features, such as easy access, theme-based content search, and digital data storage to support various research and learning needs. Hazouri also guided participants through a hands-on session, allowing them to better understand and master the platform’s usage.

The webinar was met with enthusiastic participation from faculty members, students, and academic staff. Through this event, Universitas Trisakti aims to enhance the information literacy skills of its academic community in leveraging technology and digital platforms to support greater academic achievement.
