Webinar by Universitas Trisakti’s Master of Management Program: AI-Based Personalized Marketing Strategies in the Disruptive Era

Jakarta, December 20, 2024 – The Master of Management Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, successfully hosted a webinar titled “AI-Based Personalized Marketing Strategies in the Disruptive Era” on Friday, December 20, 2024. The online event brought together participants from diverse backgrounds, including academics and business professionals. The webinar was formally opened by Prof. Farah Margaretha, ME., PhD., Head of the Master of Management Program at Universitas Trisakti.

In her opening remarks, Prof. Farah highlighted the critical importance of utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology in personalized marketing strategies to address the challenges of the disruptive era.

“AI technology is not just a tool but a key to deeply understanding customer needs and building more personal and effective relationships,” she noted.

The keynote speaker, Muhammad Al Husaini, S.Kom., MM., a Digital Practitioner and AI Transformation Expert in the public sector and an AI BNSP Master Trainer, shared his insights on the transformative potential of AI. He explained how businesses can leverage AI to identify consumer preferences, create relevant marketing campaigns, and enhance customer loyalty.

“In this disruptive era, companies that fail to incorporate AI into their marketing strategies risk falling behind,” he emphasized.

The discussion session was moderated by Dr. Ryan Johan Sembiring, MT, MM., a faculty member of the Master of Management Program. The session was highly engaging, with participants eagerly posing questions about the application of AI in various industry sectors.

This webinar provided valuable insights into the importance of technological adaptation for creating personalized and impactful marketing strategies. It also reaffirmed Universitas Trisakti’s commitment to contributing to the advancement of knowledge and business practices in Indonesia.
