The Career Center of Universitas Trisakti (Usakti) has once again organized the 2024 Career Guidance event, in collaboration with Pertamina In 2 Me, a platform initiated by practitioners and volunteers from the Pertamina Group who are passionate about education in Indonesia. The event was held online on Saturday, September 14, 2024, aimed at providing students with in-depth insights into the dynamics of the work environment and technology within the energy industry.

The event was opened by Richy Wijaya W., S.E., M.M., C.R.A., C.R.P., C.I.F.M., Head of the Usakti Career Center. In his opening remarks, Richy emphasized the importance of mental preparedness and technological adaptation for students as they prepare to enter the workforce. One of the speakers, Wahyudi from Pertamina, gave a detailed presentation on MyPertamina, a digital platform that facilitates users’ access to various Pertamina services. Wahyudi explained how this platform supports digital transformation in the energy sector and how future professionals can leverage this technology.

Meanwhile, Hary Kuswanto discussed the Work Environment Dynamics and Self-Potential Recognition within the energy industry. He highlighted the importance of flexibility and adaptability in dealing with the ever-evolving challenges in the modern workplace. The event saw high enthusiasm from participants, consisting of both students and alumni of Universitas Trisakti, who actively engaged in discussions about the challenges and opportunities in the energy industry.

Through this event, participants are expected to gain a clearer understanding of the professional world they will soon face, as well as the crucial role of technological innovation within it.
