The Career Center of Universitas Trisakti successfully held a seminar titled “Unlock Your Potential: Early Career Planning Strategies” today at the 12th floor of Building M, Universitas Trisakti. The event attracted great interest from students and alumni eager to better prepare themselves for the increasingly competitive job market.

The keynote speaker, Husna Faizah, M.Psi., a psychologist and career development expert, delivered valuable insights on the importance of early career planning. In her presentation, Husna emphasized that planning one’s career well in advance is a crucial step that provides students with a distinct advantage. “Every individual has great potential, but to maximize it, a clear and well-directed strategy is needed in building a career,” she explained.

Husna shared a range of practical tips for early career planning, highlighting the importance of self-awareness, recognizing interests and talents, and taking concrete steps to prepare for entering the professional world. She also encouraged participants to keep up with industry trends and advised them not to rely solely on formal education, but to broaden their knowledge and skills through practical experiences such as internships, volunteering, or independent projects.

In addition to the presentation, the seminar featured a highly interactive Q&A session.
