Three outstanding lecturers from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP) at Universitas Trisakti have won the 2024 Multicampus Research Collaboration Grant (PKM) in the Field of MIPA (BIMA), thanks to their highly relevant and beneficial innovative ideas for the community. Dr. Lisa Oksri Nelfia, ST., MT., M.Sc., Dr. Ir. M.I. Ririk Winandari, ST, MT., and Wahyu Sejati, ST., MT., have garnered attention with their promising proposals.
Dr. Lisa Oksri Nelfia, with her research proposal titled “Testing the Characteristics of Environmentally Friendly Modular Floating Concrete for Floating Solar Power Plants Towards the New Renewable Energy Transition (EBT) in Indonesia,” targets the significant challenge of renewable energy implementation in Indonesia. Through this research, it is expected that innovative, environmentally friendly floating concrete solutions will be developed to support the development of floating Solar Power Plants (PLTS), which is a crucial step towards the new renewable energy transition in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Dr. Ir. M.I. Ririk Winandari, ST, MT., presents an intriguing idea with her proposal titled “Empowering the Kalipasir Cultural Heritage Group Through Digital-Based Optimization.” Focusing on cultural heritage preservation, this research aims to empower the local community around Kalipasir by utilizing digital technology for the optimization, documentation, and promotion of their cultural heritage.
Wahyu Sejati, ST., MT., also stands out with his proposal titled “PKM Farmer School for the Farmer Work Group Using Environmentally Friendly Rat Pest Repellents.” In an effort to enhance sustainable agricultural productivity, this research aims to develop an effective and environmentally friendly rat pest repellent tool while empowering farmer groups through training and capacity building approaches.
Their success in obtaining this grant is not only an individual achievement but also a significant milestone for Universitas Trisakti in supporting relevant and beneficial research for societal and national advancement. It is hoped that their research will provide tangible contributions to addressing the critical challenges currently faced by Indonesia.
