Jakarta, October 7, 2025 — The Career Center of Universitas Trisakti, in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENAKER RI) and the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI), organized a seminar entitled “Empowering Career Journeys: Problem Solving & Networking for the Future Workforce.”

The event took place at the 12th Floor Seminar Room, Building M, Universitas Trisakti, and was officially opened by Eva Trisiana, S.S., M.Bus., Secretary of the Directorate General of Manpower Placement Development and Employment Expansion (Binapenta and PKK), Ministry of Manpower RI.

The seminar featured distinguished speakers from both professional and academic backgrounds, including:

• Rizkyaisyah Jonathan, alumnus of Petroleum Engineering, Universitas Trisakti, now Reservoir Engineer at PT Pertamina International EP
• Fiena Firmawati Rasulia, SE., MM., Ak., CA., Vice President of Human Capital Performance Management, PT PLN (Persero)
• Isnarti Hasan, SE., M.Si., Director of Labor Placement Development
• Elsyeh Sulayman, representative of the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) Banten Region

In his remarks, Ir. Yoska Oktaviano, MT, Vice Rector III of Universitas Trisakti, emphasized the importance of synergy between universities, government, and professional organizations in preparing graduates with strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and professional networking capabilities.

Through this seminar, participants were encouraged to understand the importance of career planning, building professional networks, and sharpening critical thinking skills as essential tools for facing future workforce challenges.

The Universitas Trisakti Career Center (PUSKAR) hopes this collaborative program will serve as a platform for students to develop their potential and broaden their insights into the world of work.
