Abcandra Muhammad Akbar Supratman, an alumnus of the Faculty of Law Universitas Trisakti (FH Usakti) class of 2018, has been elected as one of the leaders of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) from the Regional Representative Council (DPD) for the 2024-2029 period, based on a voting process. Abcandra becomes the youngest MPR leader in this term. The election for the MPR leadership from the DPD took place in the Nusantara V building, parliamentary complex, Senayan, Jakarta, starting on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Abcandra received 93 votes in the election process.
