JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Universitas Trisakti has proposed that the revision of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) include a provision mandating that reports filed against investigators or law enforcement personnel be followed up within a specified time frame.

This proposal was conveyed by Wildan Arif Husen, Head of Public Relations and Institutional Relations at the Legal Aid and Consultation Institute (LKBH) of Universitas Trisakti, during a Public Hearing (RDPU) on the KUHAP revision held by Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) in Jakarta on Wednesday, June 18, 2026.
