Universitas Trisakti Jakarta has announced a significant expansion of its International Student Exchange Program, known as the Trisakti International Student Exchange Program (TRISEP). This initiative underscores the university’s commitment to broadening cross-cultural learning opportunities for both Trisakti students and international students, enriching their educational experiences.

In its effort to strengthen international partnerships, Universitas Trisakti has established new collaborations with several renowned universities worldwide. These new partnerships are expected to open more opportunities for Trisakti students to participate in exchange programs abroad and expand their academic networks.

The event was officially opened by the Vice Rector IV of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. drg. Tri Erri Astoeti, M.Kes., FISDPH., FISPD, who stated that TRISEP is a student exchange program that provides students with the opportunity to study and experience culture and education abroad. Through collaboration with various leading universities and educational institutions around the world, we have successfully created an environment that supports the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and cultures between nations.

This initiative is not only about enhancing the quality of education but also about opening doors for the formation of global connections that will provide long-term benefits for the personal and professional development of the participants. We are confident that the experiences gained through TRISEP will equip students with the skills, knowledge, and understanding needed to become global leaders in the future.

Additionally, several institution and faculty leaders attended and gave speeches, including the Director of KUIKK Universitas Trisakti Ir. Agus Guntoro, M.Si., Ph.D., the Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning Dr. Ir. A. Hadi Prabowo, M.T., and the Chairman of the Indonesian Society of Steel Construction (ISSC) Budi Harta Winata. Representatives from UCSI University, Malaysia, Asst. Prof. Ir. Dr. Deprzon Syamsunur, and from Thammasat University, Thailand, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kitchai Jitkhajornwanich, also attended to introduce themselves and accompany the participants from their respective universities.

This exchange program not only offers opportunities for Trisakti students to study abroad but also opens doors for international students to experience education in the dynamic and multicultural academic environment of Universitas Trisakti. This will greatly benefit both parties by facilitating the exchange of ideas and experiences, enriching the learning environment, and broadening cross-cultural understanding.

TRISEP offers a variety of courses that exchange students can take, covering a wide range of disciplines from social sciences, engineering, business, to arts. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive and relevant learning experience that will enhance students’ skills and knowledge from a global perspective.
