“Ruang ke Ruang’ at Bilik Karya 2024

The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP) Universitas Trisakti University once again presents an exhibition of works by architecture students titled “Bilik Karya 2024: Ruang ke Ruang,” which takes place from May 13-17, 2024, at Plaza Campus A, Universitas Trisakti. This annual event serves as a platform for expression and innovation for the new students of the 2023 cohort. The fourth edition of this exhibition was festive and attended by dozens of people from various backgrounds, including academics, practitioners, and the general public, and was officially opened by the Dean of FTSP, Dr. Ir. A. Hadi Prabowo, S.T., M.T.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP) at Trisakti University once again presents an exhibition of works by architecture students titled “Bilik Karya 2024: Room to Room,” which takes place from May 13-17, 2024, at Plaza Campus A, Trisakti University. This annual event serves as a platform for expression and innovation for the new students of the 2023 cohort. The fourth edition of this exhibition was festive and attended by dozens of people from various backgrounds, including academics, practitioners, and the general public, and was officially opened by the Dean of FTSP, Dr. Ir. “Bilik Karya 2024” features various architectural works inspired by spatial exploration, including models, drawings, and installations. The exhibition aims to showcase the learning outcomes and creative journeys of the new students in studying spatial concepts in architecture. Besides the exhibition, “Bilik Karya 2024” also presents a series of interesting activities such as seminars, discussion sessions, talk shows, and workshops aimed at enriching the knowledge and skills of the visitors. The seminar and workshop participants include high school students and the general public.

The seminars invite experts and practitioners in the field of architecture to share their knowledge and experiences. Some of the topics discussed include:

  • Ren Katilil (Founder of Studio ArsitektropiS): “Creating Spatial Comfort”
  • Abimantra Pradhana (Founder of AGo Architect): “The Harmony between Permeability and Enclosure in Designing Space”
  • Alfi Syahrifat (Founder of SAlArsitek): “Spaces that Build Connections”
  • Mahadiyanto (Founder of Atelier Bertiga): “Meaningful Spaces”

In his speech, the Dean of FTSP said, “This event is not only a showcase of abilities but also an inspiration for students to continue innovating and contributing positively to society through meaningful architectural works.”

It is hoped that the new students will be increasingly motivated to continue creating and exploring their potential. “Bilik Karya 2024: Room to Room” has opened doors for the young generation of architects to dream big and realize those dreams in tangible forms. Universitas Trisakti, as a higher education institution that always supports creativity and innovation, is committed to continuously organizing similar events in the future, providing space for students to grow and contribute to the advancement of architecture in Indonesia.
