Jakarta, July 23, 2024 – The Center for Intellectual Property Rights, Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) officially presented a patent certificate to Universitas Trisakti. The presentation ceremony took place at the Rectorate Building of Universitas Trisakti and was attended by vice rectors, deans, and the Chairman of the Faculty Research and Community Service Council.

The patent certificate was presented by the Director of LPPM, Prof. Dr. Ir. Astri Rinanti, M.T., IPM., ASEAN Eng., to the Rector of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA. This patent certificate is the result of research and innovation conducted by the research team and students of Universitas Trisakti in the fields of technology and science.

In her speech, Prof. Dr. Ir. Astri Rinanti stated, “The presentation of this patent certificate is concrete evidence of our commitment to promoting innovation and research within the academic environment. We hope that with this patent, Universitas Trisakti can further solidify its position as one of the leading universities in Indonesia in the field of research and development.”

Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, expressed his gratitude and pride in the achievements of the Trisakti University research team.

“Receiving this patent certificate is not only a source of pride for the university but also serves as motivation for the entire academic community to continue innovating and producing works that benefit the wider community,” he said.

The event concluded with a group photo session and a brief discussion on the next steps in utilizing the patent for further development and industrial application. The presentation of this patent certificate is expected to foster closer collaboration between academia and industry and provide tangible contributions to the development and advancement of science in Indonesia.
