Jakarta, August 31, 2024 – The first day of the PKKMB at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Trisakti, went smoothly and was filled with enthusiasm. The event was officially opened by speeches from the Vice Dean III, the President of the Student Executive Board (BEM), the Chair of the Parliament, and the Chief Organizer, marking the start of the 2024/2025 academic year’s PKKMB. The new students received important briefings about the Faculty of Medicine at Trisakti, including the education system, administration, and student services, delivered by the deanery team.

The second day of PKKMB began with an ice-breaking session to warm up the atmosphere, followed by a mentorship session to strengthen bonds among the students. Throughout the day, important topics were covered, including ethics in diversity, student health services, and an introduction to workplace safety and environmental practices at the Faculty of Medicine.

“I sincerely hope that you do not waste this golden opportunity that not everyone gets. Take advantage of this chance by continuously learning, growing, and collaborating to improve yourselves. If you stumble, it’s just a form of teaching. Everyone has failed at some point, but that is not the end—keep moving forward, achieve excellence, and stay focused on becoming a doctor because that is your goal,” said Dr. Yenny, Sp.FK.
