Jakarta, August 27, 2024 – The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) Universitas Trisakti officially launched the Campus Life Introduction for New Students (PKKMB) for the academic year 2024/2025 with the theme “Odontectomy: Orchestrate Future Dentists through Devotion, Adaptation, and Collaboration to Achieve Exceptional Individuals.” The event, held over two days on August 27-28, 2024, took place in the Auditorium of Campus B Universitas Trisakti and was attended by 168 new students along with the academic community of FKG Usakti.

The PKKMB event was officially opened by the Dean of FKG Usakti, Drg. Wiwiek Poedjiastoeti, M.Kes., Sp.BMM., PhD. In her opening remarks, Drg. Wiwiek expressed her hope that the new students would take this opportunity to build a strong foundation for their academic journey.

“We warmly welcome all the new students who have joined the large family of FKG Universitas Trisakti. We chose the theme ‘Odontectomy’ because it reflects the importance of dedication, adaptation, and collaboration in shaping excellent dentists. Through this event, we hope that students will not only gain deep knowledge but also essential skills that will prepare them to become dedicated professionals capable of collaboration in the field of dentistry,” said Drg. Wiwiek.

During the two-day PKKMB program, new students will participate in various orientation sessions covering academic material, soft skills training, and team-building activities. The event is designed to provide deep insights into the field of dentistry and equip students with the necessary skills to adapt and thrive in both academic and professional environments.

The event was also attended by various members of the FKG Usakti academic community, who played an active role in providing guidance and support to the new students. Through PKKMB, the Faculty of Dentistry Universitas Trisakti aims to produce a generation of dentists who are not only intelligent and skilled but also possess a strong spirit of collaboration and dedication to their profession.
