Jakarta, May 8, 2024 – The Medical Faculty Universitas Trisakti held the Oath-Taking Ceremony for New Doctors Batch LIV Period II of 2024 at the Sultan Hotel Ballroom in Jakarta.

This event was attended by 41 new doctors and was led by the Dean of the Medical Faculty Universitas Trisakti, Dr. dr. Yenny, Sp.FK, accompanied by the Vice Deans and their staff.

In his speech, the Rector of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA., remarked that with Indonesia’s population exceeding 270 million and significant macroeconomic developments, the country is becoming a potential market for the global community, particularly in the liberalization of healthcare services. This will lead to increased competition between foreign healthcare services and local doctors. He urged the newly sworn-in doctors to continuously update their medical knowledge and pursue higher education levels.

Following this, the Dean of the Medical Faculty Universitas Trisakti expressed her joy for the 41 new doctors who had successfully earned their medical degrees. She emphasized that the doctor’s oath marks the beginning of their duties, obligations, and responsibilities as doctors. They will now start their internship program organized by the Indonesian Internship Committee. The medical profession is noble and bound by the oath to serve the community professionally and selflessly. As doctors, they must comply with all government regulations in health and medicine, adhere to professional organizational rules, collaborate with fellow doctors, and uphold professional ethics and collegial relationships.

Among this batch, one of the top graduates is Dr. Qonita Adzkia Elbadri, who achieved the highest GPA of 3.83. The highest CBT scorer with 87.33 was Dr. Moch Frizki Maulana, and the top OSCE scorer with 87.37 was Dr. Moh Fahmi Suratinoyo. With the graduation of these 41 new doctors, the Medical Faculty of Universitas Trisakti has successfully graduated 7,553 doctors to date.

It is hoped that the newly sworn-in doctors will carry out their duties effectively, apply their knowledge to improve the health of the Indonesian people, and uphold the good name of their alma mater, Universitas Trisakti.
