Jakarta, March 20, 2025 – The Faculty of Dentistry at Universitas Trisakti (FKG Usakti) has once again conferred new graduates through the Oath-Taking Ceremony for Dentists, held at the Amphitheater of FKG Usakti. A total of six newly qualified dentists were officially sworn in during this solemn and meaningful event.

The ceremony was attended by FKG Usakti’s leadership, faculty members, as well as the graduates’ families and loved ones. In her address, Dean of FKG Usakti, Wiwiek Poedjiastoeti, M.Kes, Sp. BMM, PhD, expressed her pride in the graduates who had successfully completed their studies and were now ready to serve the community.

“We deeply appreciate the hard work and dedication of our graduates who have overcome numerous challenges throughout their education. Today marks the beginning of a long journey in the professional world. Be not only competent dentists but also uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism,” stated the Dean in her speech.

Representing the newly sworn-in dentists, drg. Venesia Suwandi, S.K.G., one of the top graduates, also delivered a heartfelt speech. She expressed her gratitude and aspirations to contribute to the field of dental and oral health in Indonesia.

“We are immensely grateful to our lecturers and families for their unwavering support. This is not the end but rather the beginning of a great responsibility as healthcare professionals. May we apply the knowledge we have gained with dedication and compassion,” she remarked.

With this oath-taking ceremony, the six new dentists from FKG Usakti are now ready to embark on their professional journey and contribute to improving dental and oral health in Indonesia. This moment signifies their commitment to upholding integrity and excellence in their medical practice.
