Jakarta, April 16, 2025 — The Deputy for Research and Innovation Utilization at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) and the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Universitas Trisakti signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on April 16, 2025. This collaboration aims to promote the application of research and innovation outcomes to support the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The agreement was formally signed by Driszal Fryantoni, M.Eng.Sc., Director of Research and Innovation Utilization at BRIN, and Prof. Dr. Ir. Astri Rinanti, M.T., IPM., ASEAN Eng., Director of LPPM Universitas Trisakti.

Through this partnership, both parties are committed to developing various programs that integrate research and technology to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs. Planned initiatives include research-based training, the development of innovative products, and the provision of appropriate technologies tailored to the needs of MSME players.

With the signing of this MoA, it is hoped that research outputs from universities and research institutions will have a tangible positive impact on improving the quality and competitiveness of MSME products in both domestic and international markets.
