The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti (FEB Usakti), held a hybrid meeting with the parents of new students for the 2024/2025 academic year on Saturday, August 31, 2024, in the Auditorium of Building S, Campus A. The event aimed to introduce FEB Usakti to the parents of new students, covering both academic and non-academic aspects. The event was opened by the Dean of FEB Usakti, Prof. Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, MM, CIRR, CMA, CPM (Asia), who extended a warm welcome and expressed her gratitude for the parents’ attendance, both in person and online.

In her speech, Prof. Yolanda emphasized the importance of collaboration between the faculty and parents in supporting the academic success of the students.

“This meeting is a very important first step in establishing effective communication between the faculty and parents. We want to ensure that you have a comprehensive understanding of the academic programs and non-academic activities that your children will encounter during their studies at FEB Usakti,” said Prof. Yolanda.

The event was also attended by the academic community of FEB Usakti. The Vice Deans of FEB Usakti provided in-depth presentations on the curriculum, lecture system, financial system, student affairs, partnerships, and other academic services. These explanations were intended to give a clear overview of the academic journey that the students will undertake, as well as the various facilities available to support their learning process.

Through this meeting, FEB Usakti hopes to create strong synergy between the faculty, students, and parents, ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of the support available to students during their education at Universitas Trisakti.
