The world continues to evolve, and technology has drastically changed the face of marketing. From artificial intelligence (AI) to advanced data analytics, technology enables more efficient and effective marketing personalization and significantly enhances the customer experience. The seminar themed “Marketing in The Era of Technological Transformation” organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Trisakti on Friday, July 19, 2024, is tangible proof of the importance of a deep understanding of these changes.
The event featured Sri Widowati, SE, MSc, Vice President of Marketing at Danone Indonesia, as the keynote speaker. The event’s moderator was Arnolt Pakpahan, ST, MM, CMA, AAM, and the seminar was opened by Prof. Farah Margaretha, ME, Ph.D, CRM, CIFM, the head of the Master’s in Management program.
Prof. Farah Margaretha emphasized the importance of understanding and adapting to technology in today’s marketing world.
“Digital transformation is not just an option but a necessity for companies that want to stay relevant and competitive,” she said.
Sri Widowati added, “With technology, we can better understand our customers and provide them with what they need in a more efficient and effective way.”
