Jakarta – On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, the Career Center of Universitas Trisakti held an Internship Preparation event at the Auditorium, 12th floor of Building M, Campus A. This event marked an important first step for students to prepare themselves for real-world challenges in the workforce. Dr. Deasy Aseanty, MM, CHRMP, delivered a highly valuable session titled “Understanding the Transition from Campus to Career: Growth Mindset with Flexibility and Adaptability.” She emphasized the importance of cultivating a growth mindset, being flexible, and adapting to dynamic work environments.

The second session featured Yulia Agustin, SM, who discussed “Understanding Workplace Competencies: Navigating Skills for Career Success.” This presentation provided essential guidance on the skills students need to succeed in their careers, and how to navigate and apply these competencies in the workplace.

The event concluded with a final briefing delivered by Richy Wijaya W, SE, MM, CRA, CRP, CIFM, MCE (Head of the Career Center) and Dr. Syofriza Syofyan, SE, ME (Head of the Development Economics Undergraduate Program).

This event not only provided valuable knowledge but also aimed to inspire students to confidently face the working world with solid competence and self-assurance.
