Jakarta, September 14, 2024 — The Faculty of Arts and Design (FSRD) Universitas Trisakti successfully held the Intermediate Level Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TM) on September 14, 2024. The event was attended by dozens of students from various departments within the Faculty of Arts and Design (FSRD), aimed at enhancing students’ managerial and leadership skills in tackling organizational challenges on campus.

With the theme “Finding Yourself in the Organization,” this year’s LKMM-TM focused on developing critical thinking abilities, team management, effective communication, and adaptability in an increasingly dynamic organizational world in the era of technology. The materials were delivered by experienced speakers in leadership, management, and creativity, both from academia and the creative industry.

One of the participants, Budi Santoso, shared that the event provided invaluable insights.

“Not only did we learn about management, but we were also trained to think quickly when making decisions, especially in crisis situations,” he said.

The series of activities included group discussions, case simulations, and presentations, engaging the students to actively participate. In her opening remarks, Vice Dean III of FSRD Universitas Trisakti, Susy Irma Adisurya, S.Sn., M.Ds., expressed her hope that LKMM-TM participants would not only be able to apply the skills gained in campus activities but also contribute more broadly to society.

“We are in an era of rapid change, and good creativity and leadership will be the key to your future success,” she emphasized.

With the conclusion of the LKMM-TM event, it is hoped that FSRD Universitas Trisakti students will become leaders who are not only innovative but also possess strong managerial capacities to bring about positive change, both on campus and in the creative industry.
