The iftar event is one of the traditions observed during the holy month of Ramadan as a form of solidarity and social interaction among fellow Muslims. However, this year, the Master of Management (MM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Trisakti took a deeper approach by embracing the theme “Harmony of Generational Brotherhood”. The iftar activity took place at Merlynn Park Hotel on March 24, 2024, and was attended by the Vice Dean III of FEB Trisakti, Abubakar Arief S.E., M.M., Head of MM Study Program at FEB Trisakti, Prof. Farah Margaretha, ME., Ph.D., and the Head of the MM FEB Trisakti Communication Forum, Kristian Chandra, SE, MM.

In his address, Vice Dean III of FEB Trisakti, Abubakar Arief S.E., M.M., emphasized the importance of maintaining harmony and brotherhood among generations in societal life.

“Through this event, we aim to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the younger and senior generations, as well as to encourage collaboration and the exchange of ideas beneficial for the development of knowledge and careers in the future,” he said.

The iftar event also included charity for orphans and various activities that emphasized interaction between generations such as discussion sessions, quiz games, and door prize distribution. Participants were seen enthusiastically engaging in every aspect of the event and sharing their stories and experiences during their education at Universitas Trisakti.

The iftar event with the theme “Harmony of Generational Brotherhood” successfully created a warm and friendly atmosphere among participants from various backgrounds. The spirit to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship and cross-generational collaboration within the Universitas Trisakti community is a shared aspiration.
