Raden Bagus Agus Widjayanto, S.H., M.Hum, former Inspector General of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (ATR/BPN RI) and alumnus of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, has officially earned his Doctorate in Law from the Doctoral Program in Legal Studies at Universitas Trisakti. The promotion examination took place on Saturday, 19 July 2025, with the dissertation titled:
“Reconstruction of Regulations on the Determination of Rights and Land Registration Over Expired Land Tenure Rights for Legal Certainty.”

The Doctoral Promotion Examination was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, Rector of Universitas Trisakti, with the examination board comprising:

• Senior officials from the Ministry of ATR/BPN RI (Echelon I)
