Jakarta, December 10, 2024 – The MICE Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Trisakti successfully organized a practical event titled Green Week Food Truck Exhibition Vol. 2: “Seasons of Flavors.” Held on December 10, 2024, the event aimed to provide students with hands-on experience in organizing a green week food truck exhibition, featuring a thematic showcase of seasonal flavors through culinary offerings.

The event commenced with a speech by Vice Rector III, Ir. Yoska Oktaviano, MT, who expressed hopes that the exhibition would provide valuable learning experiences for the students. Additionally, Desy Rus Silviani, the Event Chairperson, emphasized that the Green Week Food Truck Exhibition Vol. 2 reflects the MICE Program’s commitment to fostering creativity and skill development among students in the event industry. The event was also attended by Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Head of the MICE Diploma Program, and other members of the academic community.

Following the opening remarks, the ribbon-cutting ceremony officially marked the launch of the Green Week Food Truck Exhibition Vol. 2, led by the invited guests. The exhibition attracted a diverse audience, including students, faculty members, and administrative staff, who enthusiastically explored and enjoyed the wide range of dishes offered by participating food trucks.
