In pursuit of achieving Universitas Trisakti’s ‘World University Ranking’ (WUR), the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning Universitas Trisakti is implementing a collaboration on foreign research and scientific publication with UCSI University. This research will be conducted for the next 8 months, and the research team consists of FTSP lecturers participating in three projects: Project Research 1 led by Dr. Ir. Inavonna MT and team, Project Research 2 led by Dr. Ir. Popi Puspitasri, MT, and team, as well as Project Research 3 led by Dr. Lisa Oksri Nelfia, ST, MT, MSc and team, which includes researchers involving FTSP Usakti students to support the MBKM research program and lecturers from UCSI University. These three research projects are grants from LPPM Usakti under the PKLN (Foreign Collaboration Research) scheme and grants from UCSI University.
This activity was held in a hybrid manner on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in Meeting Room C, where discussions were conducted with representatives from UCSI University. In addition to the deans and lecturers of FTSP Usakti, Ts Sr Dr Nadzirah Binti Zainordin (Head of Research And Postgraduate Studies UCSI University) and Dr. Ts Sr Khoo Sui Lai (Lecturer | School of Architecture and Built Environment UCSI University) were present, along with several research teams from UCSI attending via Zoom.
The Dean of FTSP Usakti, Dr. Ir. A. Hadi Prabowo, M.T., expressed, ‘Hopefully, after this joint research and publication, it can develop into the exchange of foreign students for summer camps and theses, public lectures, and other collaborations such as international community service programs to improve education quality.’ This research also received tremendous support from the Director of LPPM, Prof, Dr. Ir. Astri Rinanti, MT, IPM.
It is hoped that this collaboration on international research will further support Usakti in achieving World University Ranking.
