Jakarta, October 17, 2025 — The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP) of Universitas Trisakti successfully held the IAMKRI Series #9 Webinar, hosted at Building C, Universitas Trisakti, and conducted in a hybrid format (both on-site and online).

The event was officially opened by the Dean of FTSP Universitas Trisakti, Dr. Ir. Mohammad Ischak, M.T., who expressed his appreciation to the organizing committee and all participants. In his remarks, he emphasized that this event is part of the faculty’s continuous efforts to enhance academic competence and strengthen professional networks in the field of civil engineering.

The webinar featured Prof. Ir. Muhamad Abduh, M.T., Ph.D., Chairman of the Indonesian Lean Construction Management Association (IAMKRI), as the keynote speaker. In his presentation, Prof. Abduh highlighted the importance of implementing lean construction principles to promote sustainability and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration in addressing the challenges of the modern construction industry.

In addition to Prof. Abduh, the event also featured Ir. Muhammad Sapto Nugroho, S.T., M.T., lecturer at the Department of Civil Engineering, Universitas Trisakti, and Dr. Fahmy Hermawan, S.T., M.T., Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, Universitas Trisakti. Both speakers shared their insights and practical experiences on innovation development and the application of technology in Indonesia’s construction sector.

The webinar attracted active participation from FTSP Universitas Trisakti students, both in-person and online. Their enthusiasm was evident through engaging discussions and dynamic question-and-answer sessions with the speakers.

Through this event, FTSP Universitas Trisakti hopes students can broaden their perspectives, sharpen their analytical skills, and play an active role in advancing innovation within the national construction industry.
