The Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD) Universitas Trisakti successfully organized the 2025 Latihan Kepemimpinan Manajerial Mahasiswa Tingkat Dasar (LKMM-TD) on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Gallery of Building N, Universitas Trisakti.

The event was officially opened with remarks from Susy Irma Adisurya, S.Sn., M.Ds., Vice Dean III of FSRD Universitas Trisakti. In her address, she emphasized that LKMM-TD serves as an important platform to develop students’ potential—not only academically but also in leadership and teamwork.

The program continued with two main sessions:

• Session I: “The May 12 Reform and Trisakti’s Spirit”
  Delivered by Virginia Suryani Setiadi, S.Sn., M.Ds., lecturer of Visual Communication Design at FSRD Usakti and alumna of the 1995 cohort. This session invited participants to gain deeper insights into the May 12, 1998 event and the spirit of Trisakti, which is a vital part of the university’s history. Virginia highlighted the importance of students understanding the campus’ struggle as a foundation for building critical and empathetic character towards society.
• Session II: “Organizational Basics”
  Presented by three active student leaders: Naufal Haud Javier (Head of Student Association), Tiara Hanjani Putri N (President of BEM FSRD), and Fitrah Budi Rendiandara (Chair of FSRD Parliament).
  This session introduced the structure of FSRD student organizations and discussed fundamental principles of organization, collaboration, and responsibility in managing campus activities.

The event also featured an interactive Q&A session, group photos, and door prizes for participants who actively engaged in the program.

With the enthusiastic participation of students, LKMM-TD 2025 ran smoothly and vibrantly. The event stands as a testament to the commitment of the Faculty of Art and Design, Universitas Trisakti, in shaping students who are inspiring, of strong character, and well-prepared to face future challenges.
