The Student Association of the Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD) Universitas Trisakti organized a vibrant student creativity event titled BADAY (Batik Day), which took place on Thursday afternoon. The event began at 3:30 PM with an opening session, starting with remarks from the event chair, Dhea Abidah, followed by a warm address from the Dean of FSRD, Prof. Dr. Wegig Murwonugroho, M.Hum.

The BADAY festivities opened with a live band performance by FSRD lecturers, “D’Prodis,” who entertained the audience before the program continued with a collaborative Live Make-Up showcase featuring both lecturers and students. The atmosphere grew livelier with a Fashion Show presenting creative batik-inspired designs modeled by both lecturers and students.

In addition to fashion performances, the event also showcased a variety of student talents across different fields, ranging from poetry readings and musical poetry to modern dance, all of which received enthusiastic applause from the audience.

Toward the end of the event, students and lecturers gathered for a group photo to commemorate the occasion. The excitement culminated in a Flashmob involving all participants, adding a spirited sense of togetherness to close the celebration.

This event served as a platform for FSRD students to express their creativity, talents, and innovations in the arts, while also strengthening the bonds among students, lecturers, and faculty staff.
