Jakarta, August 7, 2025 — The Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Trisakti, held the solemn and heartfelt Oath-Taking Ceremony for the 55th Cohort, Period III, at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta. A total of 80 new doctors officially pledged their professional oath before the university leadership, religious officiants, and their families.
In her report, Dr. dr. Verawati Sudharma, M.Gizi, Sp.GK, Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Medicine, announced the graduation of 80 new doctors in this period and stated that the Faculty of Medicine has now produced a total of 7,756 doctors since its establishment.
The ceremony continued with the reading of the Oath by Dr. dr. Yenny, Sp.FK, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, which was then solemnly repeated by the 80 new doctors.
In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, Rector of Universitas Trisakti, expressed his appreciation to all graduates for their academic achievements. He emphasized that this moment marks the beginning of a great responsibility as professional medical practitioners. He also hoped that the new doctors would uphold professional ethics and deliver healthcare with both expertise and compassion.
Meanwhile, Dean Dr. dr. Yenny, Sp.FK expressed her pride in the graduates who have successfully completed various academic and clinical training processes. She stressed that being a doctor is not merely about graduation but a lifelong dedication to humanity. She expressed her confidence that the new doctors would carry the good name of their alma mater in the healthcare sector.
In a moment of pride, three outstanding graduates were announced based on the results of the National Competency Examination for Medical Professional Education Program (UKMPPD): Dr. Adilah Zulva Prasetyo (highest GPA: 3.94), Dr. Natasha Louise Euphora (best CBT score: 91.33), and Dr. Sella Sakilla Maharani (best OSCE score: 88.57). The three were awarded honorary sashes presented directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
The ceremony concluded with presentations from the new doctors, including a short film screening, a slideshow of memories, flower presentations to parents, a prayer recital, and a group photo session. The atmosphere of heartfelt emotion and gratitude served as a fitting close to the long journey toward a lifetime of service as medical doctors.
