On June 19, 2024, the Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) Universitas Trisakti visited the School of Dentistry, Showa University, in Tokyo, Japan. The School of Dentistry, Showa University, was established in 1977 and focuses on research in various fields, including basic dental sciences, etiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.

The Dean of FKG Universitas Trisakti, Drg. Wiwiek Poedjiastoeti, Sp.BMM., M.Kes., PhD, made the visit and renewed the MoU with the School of Dentistry, Showa University, which has already been well-established. The MoA signing event was attended by Prof. Kazuyoshi Baba, DDS, PhD.

The aim of the MoU signing between FKG Universitas Trisakti and the School of Dentistry, Showa University, is the continuation of collaboration in the academic field, guest lectures, student exchanges, and social services.
