Jakarta, April 22, 2025 — The Environmental Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Technology (FALTL), Universitas Trisakti, held a thanksgiving ceremony to celebrate the prestigious achievement of the Indonesian Journal of Urban and Environmental Technology being officially indexed in Scopus Q2, marking its recognition as a reputable international journal.

The event took place on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, in the Main Studio Room, 8th Floor, Building K, Campus A of FALTL Universitas Trisakti. It was attended by the Rector of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, along with members of the university leadership, including Vice Rectors and Deans from the nine faculties. Also present were representatives from the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), journal managers from across Universitas Trisakti, as well as faculty members and academic staff of FALTL.

In his remarks, the Rector expressed his deep appreciation for this outstanding milestone.
“This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the editorial team behind the Indonesian Journal of Urban and Environmental Technology in maintaining the quality and consistency of scientific publications. It also serves as an inspiration for other journals within Universitas Trisakti to grow and make their mark internationally,” he said.

Managed by the Department of Environmental Engineering at FALTL Universitas Trisakti, the Indonesian Journal of Urban and Environmental Technology has shown significant progress in both the quality and volume of published articles, successfully attracting scholarly contributions from both domestic and international authors. Its indexing in Scopus Q2 is a significant recognition of its quality and relevance in the field of environmental and urban technology.

This achievement further strengthens FALTL Universitas Trisakti’s role in advancing scientific knowledge and promoting high-quality academic publications on a global scale.
