Head of the Industrial Engineering Department Universitas Trisakti, Dr. Ir. Rina Fitriana, ST, MM, IPM, served as a speaker on the Industrial Engineering Curriculum at Malikussaleh University in Lhokseumawe, Aceh. The event took place on Thursday, October 10, 2024, in the Auditorium of the Engineering Faculty at Malikussaleh University. The workshop focused on the topic of Outcome-Based Education and Industry 5.0 in the Industrial Engineering Curriculum, with the theme: “Focusing on how technologies such as IoT, AI, and Big Data can be integrated into the Industrial Engineering curriculum to prepare students for challenges in the digital era.”

The event began with opening remarks from the Dean of the Engineering Faculty, Dr. Muhammad Daud, MT; Head of the Industrial Engineering Department, Ir. Amri, MT; and the Head of the Organizing Committee, Ir. Bakhtiar, MT. The session was moderated by Syarifuddin Abdullah, ST, MT, Head of the Industrial Engineering Program, with additional speakers Jarnawi Syamsudin, ST, MT, and Muhammad Rizal, SSos, MSi, representing industry and local government. The event was attended by faculty and students from the Industrial Engineering Department of Malikussaleh University.
