“Shaping Ethical, Resilient, and Humane Leaders” is the theme of the outbound activity for the student organization leaders for the 2023/2024 academic year. This activity was organized by Division III of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Trisakti and took place over two days, from July 13-14, 2024, at Bumi Gumati Hotel & Resort, South Sentul, Bogor, West Java.

The event began with a report by the Vice Dean 3 of FEB Usakti, Mr. Abubakar Arief SE., MM., followed by remarks from Prof. Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, MM, CIRR, CMA, CPM, Dean of FEB Usakti, and continued with an opening speech by the Acting Vice Rector 3 of Universitas Trisakti, Ir. Yoska Oktaviano, MT.

This activity aimed to shape leaders with ethical, resilient, and humane characters by conducting several activities such as character building and teamwork, focus group discussions, and presentations by resource person Mr. Sutoro, ST, MT (Inspirator and Personal Trainer).

The participants were representatives of FEB student organization leaders, consisting of Parliament Board, BEM, and associations from the five departments (Development Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, and Taxation).
