On Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM WITA, the Implementation of the Cooperation Agreement (PPKS) was signed in the office of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief by:

• Dr. Endang Pandamdari, S.H., C.N., M.H. (Head of the Doctoral Program in Legal Studies, Universitas Trisakti)
• Inspector General Roycke Harry Langie, S.I.K., M.H. (Chief of North Sulawesi Regional Police)

Following the signing, a Community Service activity titled “Legal Counseling on Issues Related to Criminal Offenses in the Fields of Insurance, Agrarian Law, Family Law, and Inheritance Law from a Gender Perspective in Minahasa/Manado” was held in the Catur Prasetya Room, POLDA Sulawesi Utara. This event forms part of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, and POLDA Sulawesi Utara.

The Community Service event was officially opened by Senior Commissioner Sucahyo Hadi, S.I.K., M.H. (Head of North Sulawesi Police Academy) and Dr. Dra. Hj. Siti Nurbaiti, S.H., M.Hum. (Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti).

The speakers for the event included:

• Dr. Dra. Hj. Siti Nurbaiti, S.H., M.Hum.
• Dr. Wahyuni Retnowulandari, S.H., M.Hum.
• Dr. Endang Pandamdari, S.H., C.N., M.H.

It is hoped that this activity provides valuable legal knowledge and understanding for police officers within the North Sulawesi Regional Police.
