Three alumni associations, namely the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, the Usakti Civil Engineering Alumni Association (Ikastri), and the Trisakti Architecture Alumni Association (IAAT Adhipati), are organizing the 2023 Open Golf Tournament to commemorate the 58th Anniversary of Universitas Trisakti. The tournament, held at Senayan Golf Club on Sunday, November 26, 2023, attracted 144 participants from alumni and the general public. The event was graced by the presence of the strategic partners of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, the Indonesian Navy, represented by Rear Admiral TNI Samista, SH, the Commander of the Indonesian Navy Military Police Center (Danpuspomal), and First Admiral TNI Julkiply, SH, MH, the Deputy Commander of the Indonesian Navy Military Police Center. Also in attendance was Prof. Dr. Otto Hasibuan, S.H., M.M., who extended his congratulations on the 58th Anniversary of Universitas Trisakti.

The golf tournament, themed ‘Accelerate Your Business Through Networking and Fun in USAKTI Golf,’ commenced at 06:00 WIB and was inaugurated by Danpuspomal, Rear Admiral TNI Samista, SH, through the symbolic hitting of the smoke ball. Laksda Samista conveyed his congratulations for the 58th anniversary of Universitas Trisakti and expressed his hope for Trisakti to advance further, enhance professionalism in the field of education, and contribute significantly to the development of intellectual individuals, fostering quality human resources in support of Indonesia’s independence.

The event progressed with the golf tournament, and in the afternoon, Dr.Ir. Hadi Prabowo, MT, the Dean of FTSP Universitas Trisakti and Chair of the 58th Anniversary Committee, delivered opening remarks. In his speech, the Dean expressed gratitude to the alumni at both university and faculty levels, acknowledging their vital role in making the event a success. He emphasized the significant benefits of the golf tournament as a promotional platform for Trisakti and a means to foster connections and networks among alumni.

The golf tournament concluded with a souvenir exchange between Puspomal Commander Rear Admiral TNI Samista, SH, and Dean of FTSP Dr.Ir. Hadi Prabowo, MT. The 58th Anniversary Golf Tournament offered various prizes for the winners, including a lucky draw. Steven Mbouw, an alumnus from the Faculty of Economics and Business in 2002, emerged as the Grand Lucky Draw winner, earning a Honda Beat motorbike as his prize.
