The Career Center of Universitas Trisakti, in collaboration with SeaBank Indonesia, a leading company in the digital banking sector, held a Career Talk event titled “Building Your Career with SeaBank Indonesia” at Universitas Trisakti on May 16, 2024. This event aimed to provide students with insights into career opportunities in the banking industry and to offer a deep understanding of the steps needed to build a successful career in this field.

The event was opened by the Head of the Universitas Trisakti Career Center, Richy Wijaya W., S.E., M.M., C.R.A., C.R.P., C.I.F.M., who expressed his great appreciation for SeaBank Indonesia in offering valuable opportunities for students to gain in-depth knowledge about career prospects in the banking industry.

The talk show featured speakers from SeaBank Indonesia, including Hadrianus Sugiono (Head of Organization Development & Talent Management) and Vemyta Saskia (Operational Risk), both of whom are alumni of Universitas Trisakti. The speakers explained the importance of digital skills in facing the ongoing digital transformation in the banking sector and how students can adequately prepare themselves to meet these demands. Additionally, they provided practical tips on how students can develop these skills during their studies and apply them in the workplace later.
