Jakarta, July 26, 2025 — As part of the Career Development Class 4.0 series themed “Unlock Your Potential!”, the second day titled “Build Your Brand” was successfully held on the 12th floor of Building M, Universitas Trisakti campus. This vibrant and engaging event focused on enhancing professional appearance, building self-confidence, and developing effective strategies for personal branding in the digital era.

The session featured an inspiring presentation by Ewaldo Reis Amaral, S.E., M.M., Senior Manager of Learning Development, Culture, OD, Talent Management, and ESG Lead at Tiket.com. Ewaldo emphasized the importance of effective communication and mastery of body language as key elements for success in the professional world. Participants were equipped with in-depth insights and practical techniques to project confidence and build a positive personal image in a competitive work environment.

Throughout the session, attendees actively engaged in interactive discussions and communication skill simulations. These activities helped them gain a deeper understanding of how personal branding can enhance career opportunities and pave the way for a successful professional journey.

Career Development Class 4.0 is an initiative by the Universitas Trisakti Career Center, aimed at preparing students to meet the demands of the Industry 4.0 workforce with strong competencies, professionalism, and confidence.
