The Career Center Universitas Trisakti, in collaboration with Smartfren, held a campus hiring event on March 26, 2024, at Multipurpose Room, 12th Floor, Building M. This event was attended by the Head of the Career Center, Richy Wijaya W., S.E., M.M., C.R.A.. C.R.P., C.I.F.M., as well as Anastasia Dianawati, M.Psi, the Section Head of Talent Acquisition at Smartfren, and final-year students as well as fresh graduates from Universitas Trisakti.

Through this program, Smartfren had the opportunity to interact directly with students and new graduates who have potential. The participants who attended had passed the document selection stage and would proceed to the next stage, which is an online psychotest. Later on, for job applicants who pass, they will be contracted for 6 months, and if accepted, they will be contracted again for 2 years.

The advantage of participating in the Smartfren Acceleration (STAR) Program is the direct appointment to a supervisor position and the assurance of a future career path. This is a great opportunity for students or graduates of Universitas Trisakti as it can make them more competitive compared to the general public.

Through this campus hiring, students have the opportunity to interact with industry practitioners, expand their professional networks, and gain a better understanding of the demands of the job market.
