The Career Center of Universitas Trisakti organized a Campus Hiring event featuring PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) as the recruitment partner. The event took place in the Auditorium, 8th Floor, Building S, Universitas Trisakti on September 3, 2024, and aimed to provide students and alumni with the opportunity to join a leading company in the financial sector.

In addition to the recruitment process, the event included a Company Sharing session focused on the FIFGROUP Company Profile and Building Effective Communication Skills. The session was led by two experienced speakers from FIFGROUP: Theresia Muliani Gunawan, Head of General Support, Security, and Building Management Division, and Dhian Nurvita Halim, Head of Corporate Culture, Employee Branding, and Digital Management.

Theresia Muliani Gunawan presented the company’s profile, explaining its history, vision, mission, and the work culture upheld at FIFGROUP. She emphasized the importance of integrity and innovation in supporting the company’s sustainable growth.

Meanwhile, Dhian Nurvita Halim delivered a presentation on effective communication skills, which are crucial in today’s workplace.

“Good communication skills are not just about conveying a message, but also about listening and understanding the needs of colleagues and clients,” Dhian stated during her presentation.

Following an interactive Q&A session, the event continued with a psychometric test taken by the participants. This test was designed to assess the participants’ personality compatibility and cognitive abilities against the criteria required by FIFGROUP. After the psychometric test, participants proceeded to interviews conducted by FIFGROUP’s HR team to further evaluate their potential and readiness to join the company.

This Campus Hiring event not only opened career opportunities for students and alumni but also provided valuable insights into how to build the skills needed for a career at a major company like FIFGROUP.
