PT. Bank Sinarmas Tbk, in collaboration with the Career Center of Universitas Trisakti, is organizing a campus hiring event for its Development Program on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. This event aims to recruit young and talented individuals to join the career development program.

Richy Wijaya W. S.E., M.M., C.R.A., C.R.P., C.I.F.M., Head of the Career Center Universitas Trisakti, in his opening remarks, said that this program is a golden opportunity for students to gain valuable experience before entering the workforce.

“We are very pleased to host Bank Sinarmas for this campus hiring event. The ‘Development Program’ is a great opportunity for our students to start their careers with comprehensive guidance and training from one of the largest banks in Indonesia. We hope the participants will make the most of this opportunity,” Richy stated.

The event’s material was presented by Rivda Nesya, Talent Acquisition of PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk. In her presentation, Rivda explained various aspects of the “Development Program,” including the program’s objectives, training structure, and career opportunities available after completing the program. She also emphasized the importance of the competencies and skills the company seeks in prospective employees.

After the presentation, the event continued with interview sessions for participants. These interviews aimed to assess the participants’ readiness and potential to join the program. Those who pass this stage will proceed to the next phase, which is an interview with the user that will determine their eligibility to join the “Development Program” at PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk.

Through this event, PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk hopes to identify talented candidates ready to contribute to the development of Indonesia’s banking industry.
