News from the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti

The Bureau IV of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti, organized LKMM-TD, which took place on Saturday and Sunday, August 10-11, 2024, at the Grand Pesona Hotel & Resort, Bogor. A total of 167 students participated in the 2024 LKMM-TD event, consisting of all active students from the class of 2023 Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti. The event was opened by Drg. Abdul Gani Soulisa, MPH, Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti, and attended by Drg. Rizky Tanjung, MM, M.Si, MARS, Sp.OF, Assistant Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti.

The 2024 LKMM-TD event included the following activities:

Day One featured four sessions:

1. Formal Session I: “Student Ethics on Campus” by Drg. Abdul Gani Soulisa, MPH.
2. Formal Session II: “Self-Development as a Dental Student” by Drg. Caesary Cloudya Panjaitan, M.M., M.K.G.
3. Formal Session III: “Motivation for Organizational Involvement” by Drg. Christopher Jeremy.
4. Formal Session IV: “Trisakti Spirit and May 12, 1998” by Ardhi Ramadhana Pamungkas.

Day Two included Team Building Up activities consisting of various stations discussing the Trisakti Spirit, student organizations at the Faculty of Dentistry, problem-solving, pros and cons, and cohort introductions aimed at enhancing the participants’ understanding and identity as students of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti.

It is hoped that through the LKMM-TD, the Universitas Trisakti Dental Faculty students will become active, integrative, creative, disciplined, and responsible individuals. It is also expected that they will be able to achieve and implement the shared vision and mission within the organization.
