VISION

A realization of an independent and professional internal quality assurance center.

MISSION

  1. Encourage the human resources within Trisakti University to always have an awareness and responsibility for academic and non-academic quality.
  2. Improve BJM competency continuously so that it can handle academic and non-academic quality assurance independently, professionally, and collegiately.
  3. Promote, create, develop and maintain academic and non-academic quality assurance system continuously.

GOALS

  1. Ensure the quality of educational implementation to produce graduates who are professional, responsible, able to compete at national and international levels, and also able to develop.
  2. Ensure the quality of reseach implementation with quality and beneficial for community, at national or international levels.
  3. Ensure the social service quality to fulfill the community’s needs and satisfaction.
  4. Increasing the improvement of the academic management system continuously at Trisakti University by giving academic service and academic services for stakeholders, internally (students, lecturers, and educational staff) and externally (community, business world, professional association, and government).

TARGET

  1. Planning, controlling, and developing internal quality assurance systems in all units consistently and continuously.
  2. Monitoring and evaluating academic processes which include the tridharma of higher education and general non-academic processes on an ongoing basis.
  3. Organizing internal quality audits of academic and non-academic processes periodically in all units.
  4. Increasing study program and institution acreditation.

TASKS

  1. Plan, control, and improve the internal quality assurance system including education academic programs, research and community service, and general non-academic activity and programs in a consistent and sustainable manner.
  2. Monitor and evaluate academic processes including the tridharma of higher education and non-academic process.
  3. Provide assistance with the implementation of process procedures in an effort to improve study program accreditation.
  4. Conduct internal quality audits of academic and non-academic processes periodically.
  5. Reviewing quality assurance implementation results carried out by the Faculty/Institution/Unit.
  6. Carry out instructional studies and development on the implementation of the learning process carried out by the Faculty, especially from study programs.
  7. Submit the results of the study to the Rector with a copy to all the Vice-Rectors.

ORGANIZATION

The Quality Assurance Agency (BJM) structurally has responsibility to Rector, and in their daily work under coordination with Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs for Academic fields and Vice-Rector on General and Financial Administration for non-academic fields.

BJM organization consists of a Director, Head of Secretariat, Head of Quality Assurance System Development, Head of Internal Quality Audit, Head of Accreditation, and Head of Instructional Review and Development.
