VISION:

In accordance with its function as supporting the Tridharma of Higher Education implementation at Universitas Trisakti, the University Secretariat (SEKUN) of Universitas Trisakti has a vision of providing the best, most up-to-date, reliable, clear, accurate and responsible administrative services in the field of administration, law (non-litigation) and in the field of senate, so that it can support the realization of the University’s Vision, to become a leading University, of international standard in developing science, technology and arts to improve the quality of life and civilization.

MISSION:

  • Provide the best service for the needs of leadership elements in the fields of administration, administration (orderly correspondence and archives center and documentation), regulatory products (Chancellor’s Decree): academic, student affairs, finance, personnel, welfare, rules/regulations / leadership policies/legal regulations and centralized regulations that apply at Universitas Trisakti.
  • Cooperate and align the mindset with related units in implementing:
    1. Legal products that apply at the University.
    2. Uniformization of correspondence and archival procedures, including letter numbering forms and codes, which will continue in the method of storing archives.
    3. One door system for numbering Universitas Trisakti leadership letters.
  • Provide legal affairs services (non-litigation) to work units within Universitas Trisakti, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

OBJECTIVE :

  1. Provide excellent and professional service in the fields of administration, housekeeping, legal matters/(non-litigation), regulations that apply at Universitas Trisakti in particular and laws and regulations that apply in Indonesia in general, to Universitas Trisakti leadership element;
  2.  To help the University leaders in their duties as decision makers as well as possible for the development of Universitas Trisakti in the Tridarma of Higher Education implementation, so that the University becomes a leading and international standard university in mastering science, technology and art for the quality of life and a civilized civilization cultured and environmentally friendly and relevant to the needs and demands of the times
  3. Creating a conducive work climate so it can create a good performance to increase productivity;
