Todotua Pasaribu is known for his strong background in economics through his work as an entrepreneur. He is the former CEO of Bomba Group, an investment holding company operating in the plantation, mining, real estate, energy, contracting, and logistics sectors. Under his leadership, the company successfully expanded its business network and contributed to local economic growth. Before becoming CEO of Bomba Group, Todotua held various leadership positions, including Director of PT Thopas Artha Nauli since 2016, Director of PT Chatura Indonesia in 2012, and Operations Manager at PT Jagad Energy in 2005.

Todotua became active in politics after serving as Deputy Chair of the National Campaign Team (TKN) for the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka ticket in the 2024 Presidential Election. Now, an alumnus of the Faculty of Industrial Technology Universitas Trisakti, has been appointed by President-elect Prabowo Subianto as Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming, working alongside Minister Rosan Roeslani.
