Rudy Hartono is one of the most accomplished badminton athletes ever to come from Indonesia. Born on August 18, 1949, he has won the All England Championship a record eight times and the Thomas Cup four times. Due to his extraordinary achievements, Rudy Hartono’s name was recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records in 1982. In 1997, he was also inducted into the Badminton Hall of Fame. Currently, this graduate of the Faculty of Economics Universitas Trisakti is involved in the business world through the oil brand, Top One.
