Reynaldhi Hermansjah began his career at Nomura Securities in 1991 and later held various positions in both national and international companies, such as Mees Pierson Finias, BII LendLease Investments, and the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency, before serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Jasa Marga and as the President Director of PT PNM Investment Management.

During his 10-year tenure at Jasa Marga, Reynaldi Hermansjah successfully led the state-owned enterprise to an International Global Offering (securities offering in various international markets). Currently, a graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Department of Electrical Engineering, Universitas Trisakti, class of 1986, he holds the position of President Director/Chief Executive Officer at PT. Indonesia Infrastructure Finance.
