Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia 2024–2029

Maman Abdurrachman began his political career as a member of the House of Representatives (DPR) from 2018 to 2024, representing the Golkar Party faction. Before entering politics, Maman worked as a Field Engineer at Premier Oil Indonesia and as Business Development Manager at PT Luas Biru Utama. He was later appointed as an Expert Staff at the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018.

An alumnus of the Faculty of Earth and Energy Technology at Universitas Trisakti, class of 2000, Maman has been known for his active involvement since his university days. He served as the Head of the HMI Department and was also the President of the Student Executive Board of Universitas Trisakti. Now, Maman Abdurrachman has been entrusted by President Prabowo Subianto to hold the position of Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024–2029 term.
