Cheryl Tanzil began her career as a television journalist at several top television stations such as RCTI, Metro TV, and RTV. Prior to that, Cheryl also dabbled in the world of modeling after participating in the Miss Indonesia pageant in 2007. Later on, this graduate of the Visual Communication Design Program, Faculty of Arts and Design, Universitas Trisakti, also became active in the world of politics by joining the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI).
